ASC Cooperative Housing Society (ASCCHS) is seeking motivated and hardworking Sales Executives to join their team at Executive Block – Phase 1, Nowshera. This full-time, on-site role involves promoting residential plots, engaging with potential customers, arranging site visits, and assisting clients throughout the booking process. The position offers a basic salary plus sales commission, along with the benefit of one meal provided daily by the company. The work location is at ASC Nowshera – Executive Block Phase 1, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential plots within Executive Block – Phase 1.
- Contact potential customers to explain available plots and payment plans.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
- Arrange site visits for interested buyers.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain accurate customer records.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare basic sales reports and provide booking updates to management.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Intermediate qualification; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in engaging with customers and explaining property details clearly.
- Basic computer proficiency and record-keeping abilities.
- Previous experience in sales or real estate is advantageous but not mandatory.
