Lime Software Logics is seeking a skilled Cold Calling Executive with a strong track record in selling and closing deals, rather than just booking appointments. This full-time, on-site position is based in PECHS Block 6, Karachi, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PKT). The ideal candidate will have experience in design sales, including website design, graphic design, branding, UI/UX, or other creative services, and be comfortable engaging with international clients. The role requires confidence in handling objections, negotiating effectively, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in international markets.
- Identify business opportunities and qualify potential prospects.
- Present and pitch design services professionally and persuasively.
- Manage objections and negotiate with decision-makers to close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets consistently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions.
- Collaborate closely with sales and project teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cold calling and sales closing.
- Proven experience specifically in closing sales related to design services.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals, not just generate leads or schedule appointments.
- Excellent spoken English with strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Experience working with international clients, preferably from the US or Canadian markets.
- Strong skills in objection handling, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
