Sales Executive ( Outbound)

Digital Promotix is seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Executive to join our team during night shifts at our office located in Khayaban e Amin, Lahore. The primary focus of this role is to generate new business by reaching out to prospective clients and promoting our range of digital marketing services, including Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and website development. The ideal candidate will engage with business owners and decision-makers, understand their marketing needs, present tailored solutions, and guide them through the sales process to closure. This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000 and requires in-person attendance with working hours from 5 pm to 1 am.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to identify and connect with potential clients, primarily business owners and decision-makers.
- Assess client needs related to digital marketing services such as Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and website development.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our services, address client questions, and manage objections professionally.
- Schedule consultations, maintain follow-up communications, and work towards closing sales deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Consistently work towards meeting or exceeding agreed-upon appointment and sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales or business development roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills with confident and professional spoken English.
- Demonstrated ability in prospecting, negotiating, following up, and closing sales independently.
- Capability to manage and prioritize a sales pipeline without direct supervision.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services sales is preferred but not mandatory.
