Job Role:
- Identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Collaborate with other departments
- Participate in industry events
- Manage and analyze sales and customer engagement data
Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the position of Business Development or Sales in the field of real estate
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
