Sales Executive

SiSUN ELECTRIC Pvt Ltd is a prominent renewable energy company specializing in solar installations, EV charging infrastructure, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and electrical engineering solutions throughout Pakistan. With the rapid growth of electric vehicle adoption, the company is expanding its team to enhance sales efforts for its expanding EV charging product portfolio. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and sales-driven individual, particularly those early in their career, to contribute to and grow within Pakistan’s emerging EV industry. The position focuses on generating leads, engaging with customers, and closing sales for both residential and commercial EV charging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities for EV charging products and solutions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads and customer inquiries.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales orders, and follow up to ensure closure.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM systems or Excel.
- Stay informed about EV market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably with some exposure to automotive, EV, or renewable energy sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Urdu.
- Confident and presentable, comfortable with face-to-face client interactions.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with a keen interest in learning about EV and renewable energy technologies.
