Raheem Bukhsh Group (RBG) is a dynamic and expanding construction and real estate company with growing sales teams in Lahore and Islamabad. We are currently seeking motivated and results-oriented Sales Executives to join our remote workforce. This role involves generating leads, presenting real estate and construction projects to prospective clients, and successfully closing sales. Ideal candidates are self-driven professionals who thrive on meeting targets and cultivating long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Clearly communicate details about plots, houses, commercial properties, and construction services to clients.
- Follow up on leads consistently and maintain an updated sales pipeline within the CRM system.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits and client meetings.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and close deals effectively.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships to encourage referrals.
- Submit daily and weekly progress reports to the team lead to track performance.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate, construction, or field sales; however, fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English are essential.
- Good knowledge of the Lahore or Islamabad real estate markets.
- Must have own laptop or smartphone with a reliable internet connection.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional attitude is required.
