Sales Executive/ Sales Engineer

True Tech Solutions is seeking a motivated and confident Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to join our team in Islamabad. This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 60,000. As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the primary contact for IT-related inquiries from our diverse client base. Your role will involve advising end users, diagnosing technical issues, and providing tailored IT solutions that align with our company’s offerings. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development by exploring new markets and identifying potential clients.
- Attend customer meetings to present our products and services, aiming to close sales effectively.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and tenders tailored to customer needs, incorporating innovative and unique concepts with support from the Team Manager.
- Conduct technical site surveys related to IT solutions, networking, and security.
- Participate in client negotiations and assist in the negotiation process to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term business growth.
- Acquire new clients while ensuring excellent service and communication with existing customers.
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to address client concerns and technical challenges.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar IT sales role.
- Solid technical knowledge combined with excellent communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
- Must have own conveyance to fulfill job responsibilities.
