PRIME BPO is seeking a detail-oriented and confident Sales Executive (SVC) to join its dynamic team in Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site position operates on a night shift schedule and is ideal for candidates with prior BPO experience who possess excellent communication skills and are eager to develop a strong career in the BPO industry. The role involves working closely with sales and quality assurance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in sales verification processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify sales made by closers on the MedAlert/Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Professionally confirm client information and device/service details.
- Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet established quality standards.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of verified sales.
- Coordinate effectively with sales and quality assurance teams.
- Strictly adhere to company compliance policies.
- Achieve daily and weekly verification targets consistently.
- Remain available to work overtime or stay back for additional training, performance improvement, or if targets are not met.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year BPO experience as a Verifier on any campaign (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English, with strong verbal communication and listening abilities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Professional attitude with strong customer handling skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Regular students are not eligible to apply.
