We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build strong client relationships while consistently meeting sales targets. This role involves generating leads, promoting real estate projects, managing customer inquiries, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Promote real estate projects to potential buyers and investors.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about available properties and projects.
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct client meetings and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customers and leads.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and assigned KPIs.
- Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident, professional, and target-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
