Sales Executive- (UK based Travel Agency)

Sufi Travels & Tours, a UK-based company operating from Lahore, offers a travel deposit scheme designed to help customers in the UK manage their travel budgets effectively. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our sales team as a Travel Consultant. This full-time, on-site position involves providing expert travel advice and support to clients, handling incoming requests, and managing flight bookings along with up-selling related travel products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Research and recommend suitable flights and hotels based on client requirements.
- Book travel arrangements and provide clients with all necessary travel documents and information.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the travel planning and booking process.
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends and industry updates to offer relevant advice.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Travel Consultant or in a tele-sales role.
- Strong knowledge of travel products and services, including flights, tickets, and hotel bookings.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in English is essential.

The position is based at our office located on the 2nd Floor, Euro Store Plaza, Airport Road, Lahore (near Toyota Airport Motors). Working hours are from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Candidates residing nearby or those who can reliably commute to this location during these hours are strongly encouraged to apply.

Applicants should be prepared to commute or relocate to Lahore before starting work. Fluency in English and at least one year of sales experience are mandatory for consideration. This role requires in-person attendance at the office.
