We are looking for a committed Customer Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on delivering excellent service and driving sales within the packaging industry. The successful candidate will engage with customers primarily through chat and other communication channels, build strong client relationships, and stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage. This is a full-time, night shift role supporting US-based campaigns, offering the chance to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to ensure a competitive edge.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and other communication platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to boost customer loyalty.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and needs.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to create a positive and seamless experience for clients.
- Accurately update and manage customer records and interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and enhance overall performance.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Chat Support Agent or in a customer-facing role, preferably within the packaging industry.
- Solid understanding of packaging campaigns, especially those targeting the US, Canadian, and UK markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Salary Range: Rs40,000 to Rs100,000 per month
