Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new logistics customers, including carriers, dispatchers, and shippers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. Daily activities include prospecting potential clients, conducting sales calls and in-person meetings, and presenting UFN’s logistics solutions and digital platform. The role requires preparing quotations, negotiating rates and service terms, and coordinating with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers. The Sales Executive will also track customer satisfaction, provide timely follow-up, and report on sales activities regularly. Additionally, the role involves contributing to local market growth, representing UFN at relevant industry events, and upholding the company’s standards of integrity and transparency.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. A solid understanding of logistics, transportation, or freight operations is essential, along with the ability to clearly explain service offerings. Effective communication and negotiation skills are required to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Basic digital literacy and comfort with CRM systems, online platforms, and sales tracking tools are necessary. The candidate must be able to work on-site in the Jhang District, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in logistics sales, dispatch, or related fields is highly preferred. A minimum of a high school diploma is required, while a degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field is considered an advantage. Valid local work authorization and willingness to travel locally within the region as needed are also required.
