We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our team at Bahria Town Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by reaching out to trucking companies across the USA. Your main focus will be on making outbound calls and cold calling potential clients to present our truck dispatching services. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and interested in the logistics and transportation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the USA trucking industry.
- Identify and qualify leads by understanding their specific business needs and challenges.
- Clearly present the benefits of our truck dispatching services to key decision-makers.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage long-term partnerships.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound sales, preferably in a dispatch-related campaign.
- Excellent spoken English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Good computer skills and a fast learner.

- Familiarity with trucking operations and logistics is an advantage.
