Sales & Growth Associate

We are seeking a confident and motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team in North Nazimabad, Karachi. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals passionate about sales who are eager to develop their skills and grow within a dynamic environment. The position requires working in-person during evening hours, with a schedule from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. Compensation includes a market-competitive salary plus commission, with potential earnings ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs100,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage and communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs.
- Manage sales inquiries primarily through chat and digital platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support ongoing business development.
- Assist in various sales and business development activities aimed at expanding the customer base.
- Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions confidently and professionally.
- A positive, proactive, and target-oriented mindset focused on achieving results.
- Interest in sales and business development, with a willingness to learn new techniques, including digital and chat-based selling.
