Sales (Intern) - Evening / Night Shift

9Xero Digital Ltd. is looking for a motivated and confident Sales Intern to join their remote team during the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (PKT). This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates or students eager to gain practical experience in sales, business development, client communication, and lead generation. No prior sales experience is required, as the company values enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage potential clients effectively. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 20,000 to 30,000 and provides a supportive environment to develop foundational sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with lead generation by identifying potential clients.
- Reach out to prospective clients via calls, messages, emails, and other communication channels.
- Communicate professionally to understand the business needs of prospects.
- Present the company’s digital marketing and related services to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication.
- Keep accurate records of leads and prospects updated.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and relevant team members.
- Support the sales team in daily business development activities.
- Achieve assigned outreach and follow-up targets.
- Learn and apply sales techniques, processes, and communication strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Confident and comfortable engaging with potential clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of sales and business communication is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Availability for the full evening/night shift and access to a stable internet connection with an appropriate remote work setup.
