The Sales Intern position is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. This internship provides hands-on experience by supporting the sales team in various capacities. The intern will assist with lead generation, prepare sales presentations, and maintain accurate customer records. Daily tasks include engaging with potential and existing clients under supervision, addressing basic inquiries, and coordinating follow-ups to aid in sales conversion. Additionally, the intern will help organize training sessions, participate in sales meetings, and collaborate closely with mentors to gain a thorough understanding of company products, sales processes, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with lead generation and customer engagement activities.
- Prepare and support the development of sales presentations and related materials.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation accurately.
- Respond to basic client inquiries and coordinate follow-up communications to facilitate sales conversions.
- Support the organization and execution of training sessions for continuous learning.
- Participate actively in sales meetings and collaborate with mentors to enhance knowledge of products and sales strategies.
- Uphold company standards in customer service and professional conduct within the corporate environment.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Foundational knowledge or demonstrated interest in sales and sales management, including sales techniques and performance tracking.
- Willingness to engage in training activities and support ongoing learning initiatives.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with the ability to work with digital tools and CRM systems.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proactive attitude, integrity, effective time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site corporate setting.
