Sales Intern

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive specializing in custom packaging to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will engage with potential and existing customers to drive sales of custom packaging solutions, including custom boxes, mailer boxes, retail packaging, and printed packaging. This role requires a strong ability to understand customer needs, provide accurate quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and precise order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers through phone, email, and online inquiries to generate sales opportunities.
- Explain product features and options related to custom packaging, including dimensions, materials, printing, quantities, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and share price quotations tailored to customer specifications.
- Follow up on leads generated from website inquiries, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders and maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system.
- Coordinate closely with design and production teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on schedule.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Prepare regular sales reports and proactively research new potential clients to expand the customer base.

Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate education or higher.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficient computer skills, including Gmail and Excel.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
