Sales & Lead Generation Intern

Nozentra is seeking a motivated Sales & Lead Generation Intern to join our team in Karachi for a three-month paid internship. This role involves identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and helping to build a robust sales pipeline. Our company specializes in websites and ecommerce, SEO and AI search visibility, custom AI applications, and automation solutions for agencies and businesses across the UK, Australia, and other international markets. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates, students who can commit to the schedule, and self-taught individuals. No prior professional sales experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify suitable businesses and agencies, targeting the right decision-makers.
- Develop organized lead lists including company details, contact information, lead sources, and research notes.
- Craft personalized cold emails and professional outreach messages for platforms such as Facebook, Discord, and others, adhering to community guidelines.
- Follow up with interested prospects, maintaining accurate records of conversations and next steps.
- Ask basic questions to understand prospects’ needs and schedule qualified meetings with the founder.
- Support sales discussions and smoothly hand over qualified opportunities for proposals and closing.
- Maintain a daily activity tracker and provide weekly reports on outreach efforts, responses, qualified leads, meetings, and sales outcomes.
- Work towards weekly targets related to lead quality, outreach volume, follow-ups, and qualified opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Clear written English and confidence in professional online communication.
- Strong research skills with keen attention to detail.
- Basic familiarity with email, Facebook, or Discord platforms.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel, or a willingness to learn these tools.
- Reliable, open to feedback, and eager to learn about sales processes.
- Ability to work on-site in Karachi and commit to the full three-month internship.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with cold emailing, social outreach, lead generation, or customer communication is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, or email outreach tools is a plus.
- Interest in websites, SEO, ecommerce, or AI-related services is beneficial.

Compensation and Internship Details
- Monthly stipend ranging from PKR 10,000 to 20,000.

- One opening available, on-site in Karachi.
- Internship duration is three months, with an internship completion certificate provided.
