Catchy Kids is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Persons to join our team at the Saddar Ghakkhar Plaza Outlet. The successful candidates will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers in selecting products, and helping the store achieve its sales goals. This position demands a professional and approachable attitude, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers and offer friendly, professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to enhance satisfaction.
- Actively promote merchandise to meet and surpass assigned sales targets.
- Help customers choose sizes, colors, styles, and other product options.
- Maintain visually appealing product displays and ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with stock arrangement, tagging, and perform inventory checks as required.
- Operate the POS/billing system and handle cash transactions accurately when necessary.
- Foster a positive and professional environment when interacting with customers and team members.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Presentable, energetic, and confident demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A target-driven mindset with the ability to perform well in a busy retail setting.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Basic familiarity with POS/billing systems is advantageous.
- Experience in children’s clothing or fashion retail is highly desirable.
- Competitive starting salary of Rs25,000 per month.
