Sales Manager (BPO)

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our BPO sales team based in Islamabad’s Blue Area. This role requires managing and motivating the team during night shifts to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO or call center sales, with proven experience in team leadership and client relationship management. This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 80,000 to 130,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the BPO sales team to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies while monitoring team performance.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships to support ongoing business growth.
- Conduct coaching sessions, training programs, and performance evaluations to enhance team capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in BPO or call center sales, including managing a sales team.
- Strong communication skills and proven leadership abilities.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts effectively.
