Sales Manager / CCTV Technician

A well-established private limited company based in Lahore is seeking a skilled CCTV Technician with strong expertise in the installation and maintenance of both IP-based and analogue CCTV cameras. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with DVRs, NVRs, biometric systems, access control systems, walk-through gates, and electric fence installations. Additionally, experience in sales and marketing is preferred, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks software. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lahore, offering a competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain IP-based and analogue CCTV cameras and related security systems.
- Handle setup and troubleshooting of DVR and NVR devices.
- Install and maintain biometric and access control systems, including walk-through gates and electric fences.
- Provide technical support and maintenance services to ensure optimal system performance.
- Assist in sales and marketing activities related to security system products and services.
- Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks for designing and planning installations as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and client requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level: Intermediate (High School equivalent).
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in installing and maintaining CCTV and security systems.
- Strong knowledge of IP and analogue CCTV technologies, DVR/NVR systems, biometric and access control systems.
- Ability to work full-time from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Must be based in Lahore and able to work on-site.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in sales and marketing within the security systems industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks with a minimum of 2 years’ experience is preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to PKR 55,000.
