Sales Manager cum Supply Chain – Rubber Raw Materials

MAZ International, based in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Manager cum Supply Chain specialist for Natural and Synthetic Rubber Raw Materials. This role requires managing both sales and supply chain activities, focusing on international suppliers and local buyers within the rubber raw materials sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining competitive pricing, developing new business relationships, and ensuring smooth import and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with international suppliers and local buyers to ensure a steady supply and demand balance.
- Obtain updated pricing for natural and synthetic rubber raw materials and provide competitive quotations to existing customers.
- Develop new business opportunities by establishing connections with international suppliers and local buyers.
- Handle import procedures, including Letters of Credit (LCs), and manage all related shipping and banking documentation efficiently.
- Manage professional business correspondence, primarily through Microsoft Outlook, ensuring timely and clear communication.
- Follow up on quotations, customer orders, shipments, and supplier commitments to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate.
- Experience in rubber raw materials, import, sales, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of import procedures, Letters of Credit (LCs), and associated documentation is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and professional email communication skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
