Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding) Import-Custom Clearance

Raaziq Group (RIL Logistics), a leading and trusted name in customs clearance services across Pakistan, is seeking a Sales Manager specializing in Import Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding. Based in Karachi, this role is crucial for driving sales growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the import process and logistics services, particularly import customs clearance, combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to offer customized solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in sales related to import customs clearance.
- Understand import customs clearance procedures and the overall import process comprehensively.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, customs clearance, transport, and warehousing sectors.
- Conduct daily market visits to develop new business, prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their logistics needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies aimed at optimizing profits and minimizing costs.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Utilize MS Office proficiently for reporting and communication purposes.
- Possess own vehicle or conveyance for client visits and job-related travel.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
- 5 to 6 years of sales experience, preferably within import customs clearance.
