About the Role JFA is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales/Marketing Manager to lead outdoor and indoor sales operations, supervise the Sales and reception team team, develop new business, and expand the company's market presence across Islamabad. Key Responsibilities

Build sales team.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and monitor team progress.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase gym and pool memberships and revenue.
Generate new leads and identify opportunities for customer acquisition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members.
Conduct market visits and promotional activities to increase JFA's market presence.
Monitor daily sales activities, lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and team performance.
Ensure effective follow-up with prospective customers and maximize membership conversions.
Identify corporate, institutional, and partnership opportunities for JFA.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with Front Desk, Customer Service, Marketing, Trainers, and Management teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and performance updates to Senior Management.
Take corrective actions where targets or team performance are below expectations.

Requirements

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant Sales/Marketing experience.
Previous experience in gym, fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service-based sales will be preferred.
Experience managing or supervising a sales team will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition and membership sales.
Willingness to conduct field visits and business development activities.
Strong command of English and professional communication.
