Sales Manager

Wavetec Private Limited is a global leader in specialized technology with over 30 years of experience, headquartered in Dubai and operating across more than 70 countries. With a diverse workforce representing 13 nationalities, the company focuses on enhancing customer experience in public waiting areas and information display systems. We are looking for a dynamic sales leader to drive sustainable business growth, foster strong customer relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities to expand the business footprint.
- Lead a sustainable and predictable sales operation that consistently meets or exceeds targets.
- Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with customers and partners to build trust and loyalty.
- Coordinate efforts across sales, technical sales, marketing, services, and public tenders from initial contact through project signing.
- Establish and nurture relationships at all organizational levels within customer companies and with distributors.
- Prepare comprehensive, clear, and persuasive technical and commercial proposals.
- Oversee project execution and ensure timely follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on new products and competitor activities to sustain a competitive advantage.
- Maintain a minimum annual employee turnover ratio within the department.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create industry-specific presentations.
- Mentor and develop team members by managing work allocation, providing training, resolving issues, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering an effective team environment.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in sales.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the technology or related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, determined, and resilient with the ability to handle rejection effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Competitive mindset and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
