KEEPS.PK is looking for Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager

Location: Karachi & Islamabad, Pakistan

Industry: FMCG / Healthcare & Consumer Products

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven and experienced Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations.

Our business deals in feminine hygiene, adult incontinence products, household products and other consumer healthcare essentials. We are seeking an experienced professional who can expand our distribution network, develop new sales channels and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand the distributor network.
Increase sales through wholesalers, pharmacies, supermarkets and LMTs.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer accounts.
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers and key accounts.
Ensure product availability, market coverage and new product listings.
Monitor competitors, market trends, sales performance and outstanding payments.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG, healthcare, consumer goods or pharmaceutical distribution.
Proven experience in distributor development, wholesale sales and modern trade.
Strong negotiation, communication and team-management skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
