Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Karachi.

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting Vista Maritime’s travel services and packages. Daily activities include developing and executing sales plans, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and negotiating agreements with corporate and individual clients. The role also involves coordinating with operations and reservations teams to ensure accurate service delivery, monitoring market trends and competitor offerings, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management. The Sales Manager will lead and mentor the sales team, set performance targets, and support continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience. Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related services.
Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, handle objections, and maintain long-term partnerships.
Ability to develop sales strategies, set targets, analyze market trends, and use data to guide decision-making.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients and stakeholders.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Competence with MS Office and common CRM or sales tracking tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
Prior team leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Karachi and collaborating across departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.
