Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Approach potential clients proactively and build strong, lasting relationships.
- Present proposals, negotiate pricing, and successfully close deals.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects to convert them into loyal clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records and regularly report on performance metrics.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Target-oriented mindset, confident, and highly self-motivated.
- Ability to generate leads independently and manage the sales process from start to finish.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in event management or corporate sales is considered an advantage.
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
- Attractive performance-based commissions, with the potential to earn PKR 200,000 or more per month.
