Sales & Marketing Intern

Buzmasol (Pvt) Ltd, a dynamic software house registered in Pakistan and the UK, is offering an exciting internship opportunity based in Lahore. The company is developing Book For Look, a personal-care services booking platform designed to help customers easily discover and book salons, spas, and other beauty and wellness services. This internship provides a unique chance to work closely with the founders of a fast-moving startup during the platform’s launch phase. The position is on-site and unpaid, lasting between three to six months, with a monthly stipend of Rs1,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online research to build comprehensive lists of salons, spas, and personal-care businesses in Lahore.
- Reach out to potential partners via phone, WhatsApp, and email to introduce Book For Look and schedule demo calls.
- Maintain detailed records of all communications and follow-ups using a lead tracking system.
- Develop and schedule engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms.
- Write creative captions, email templates, and outreach scripts to support marketing efforts.
- Assist with launch campaigns, promotional activities, and customer communications.
- Monitor competitors and market trends, compiling concise weekly reports for the team.
- Gather and relay feedback from partners and customers to help improve the platform and services.

Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Comfortable making professional phone calls and crafting formal messages.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in marketing strategies.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and persistent in following up with leads and tasks.
- Basic proficiency with tools such as Canva and Google Sheets is advantageous.
