Sales Marketing Manager

Spectrum Dyes and Chemicals, a reputable manufacturer and supplier of high-performance textile auxiliaries, is seeking a Sales Marketing Manager to join their team in Faisalabad. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for textile auxiliaries and related products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and present findings to management.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
- Participate in customer visits and deliver technical presentations to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate closely with technical and production teams to address customer requirements effectively.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated on sustainability standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices relevant to textile chemicals.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and key account management within the textile or chemical industry.
- Strong skills in marketing strategy, brand positioning, and campaign planning for B2B industrial products.
- Ability to conduct detailed market research, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive sales and performance reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of textile processing stages (pretreatment, dyeing, printing, finishing) and familiarity with textile auxiliaries or dyestuffs is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated capability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting defined sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proficiency in standard office productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentations, and CRM software, along with comfort using digital communication channels.
