Sales Marketing Manager

ALSH EPOXY is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our expanding team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our epoxy flooring solutions, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively represent our products, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the company’s growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and identify business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Promote epoxy flooring products and solutions to a diverse client base including commercial, industrial, and residential customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and project developers.
- Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales leads to close deals.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and uncover new sales prospects.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and support overall company objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within construction materials, paints, chemicals, or flooring industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales goals.
- Familiarity with the Karachi construction and industrial market will be considered an advantage.
