Key Responsibilities
The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote the company’s pharmaceutical plastic packaging products. This role involves expanding market reach and achieving revenue targets through identifying new business opportunities and managing key client relationships. The manager will prepare and present product proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate marketing campaigns. Conducting competitor and market analysis to inform strategic decisions is also essential. Collaboration with production and supply chain teams will ensure timely delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction. Additionally, the manager will monitor sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and provide insights to senior management regarding pricing, product positioning, and brand development.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and contract negotiation. Proven marketing strategy and planning capabilities are essential, with experience in product positioning, branding, and campaign management. Analytical skills for market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting are required. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or industrial packaging sectors is highly advantageous. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or sales management tools is expected. The candidate must be willing to work on-site in Karachi, manage multiple priorities, and travel for client meetings as needed.
