Sales & Marketing Manager (Punjab Region)

Fitman Materials is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and grow its business operations throughout the Punjab region. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales related to MEP products and services, HVAC systems, mechanical and electrical solutions, as well as elevator and escalator sales. This role primarily focuses on B2B and project-based sales, requiring strong relationship-building skills with contractors, consultants, developers, and clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development initiatives and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets within the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored sales and marketing strategies specifically for the Punjab market.
- Identify new business opportunities while nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct site visits to projects, consultants, contractors, and potential customers to assess their needs and promote Fitman’s product and service offerings.
- Track and identify upcoming projects related to MEP, HVAC, and elevator systems to leverage sales opportunities.
- Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals effectively.
- Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets as established by the company.
- Build and manage a strong customer network across Punjab to support sustained business growth.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to senior management.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales within the MEP, HVAC, or elevator product and service sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills essential for engaging clients and closing deals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Punjab market and its business environment.
- An established network of clients and contractors in the region is highly advantageous.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Punjab to meet clients and visit project sites.
- Ownership of a personal vehicle is strongly preferred to facilitate travel requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with substantial experience specifically in MEP or elevator sales will be given preference. Fitman Materials offers a competitive salary package along with performance-based incentives. Compensation will be aligned with the candidate’s experience, skills, and market knowledge. The position requires in-person work and is based in the Punjab region of Pakistan. The monthly salary range is approximately Rs120,000 to Rs180,000.
