H&H Packages (Pvt.) Ltd., located in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join their Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and established client relationships within the pharmaceutical, FMCG, food, and packaging industries. This role focuses on driving immediate sales opportunities for printed packaging solutions such as pharmaceutical cartons, folding cartons, and other customized packaging materials. Candidates with prior experience working with pharmaceutical companies, FMCG brands, food manufacturers, or packaging and printing businesses will find this position particularly suitable.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities while generating sales from both existing and potential clients.
- Maintain and expand relationships with pharmaceutical companies, FMCG businesses, food manufacturers, and other packaging-related sectors.
- Leverage existing industry contacts to secure new orders and foster long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct client visits, hold meetings, present company services, and follow up on quotations and sales inquiries.
- Identify customer requirements for printed cartons, folding cartons, and customized packaging solutions.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Coordinate with internal production and relevant departments to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and prepare regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities within the packaging industry.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the printing, packaging, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors.
- Existing contacts and an active client base within pharmaceutical companies, FMCG firms, food manufacturers, or packaging-related businesses are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to generate sales, secure orders, and develop long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently, conduct client visits, and consistently meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of printed packaging products, pharmaceutical cartons, folding cartons, and commercial printing is advantageous.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with an established portfolio of clients and well-developed industry connections.
- Ability to bring in new business opportunities and successfully convert them into confirmed orders.
- Experience working with procurement, purchasing, marketing, and supply chain departments.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical packaging and FMCG product packaging requirements.
- Proven track record of sales growth in related industries.

The position offers a monthly salary range of Rs50,000 to Rs80,000. The role requires in-person attendance at the company’s location in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
