As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving property sales by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, providing detailed demonstrations, and ensuring smooth deal closures. You will represent the company’s brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience through clear communication and a seamless sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and assess client requirements thoroughly to recommend suitable property units.
- Provide clients with detailed demonstrations and arrange site visits to showcase properties.
- Follow up consistently with clients to track any changes in their preferences or requirements.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Ensure timely closure of deals while meeting company sales targets.
- Act as the company’s representative, ensuring every customer interaction reflects Zameen.com’s commitment to quality and service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales; fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
