Sales Officer

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real estate portal, is seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Officer to join its Project Sales team. Since its inception in 2012, Zameen.com has grown significantly, supported by multiple rounds of funding totaling $29 million from angel investors and venture capital firms. The company connects buyers and sellers both within Pakistan and internationally, offering a seamless platform for property transactions. As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving property sales by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the buying process to ensure successful deal closures. You will represent Zameen.com, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and professional.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements thoroughly to provide tailored property recommendations.
- Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits to showcase relevant units.
- Follow up consistently with clients to track changes in their preferences and requirements.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Act as the company’s representative, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to deal closure.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for sales with a strong commitment to excellence and customer service.
- 1-2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
