Shamo Jee Fabrics & Carpets is looking for motivated and customer-oriented Sales Persons to join its Furniture Division. The ideal candidates will have strong sales skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients, understanding their needs to consistently achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend furniture products that best suit their needs.
- Consistently generate sales and meet assigned monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote excellent service and encourage repeat business.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales efficiently.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to coordinate deliveries and address any customer concerns.
- Maintain an attractive and organized showroom display to engage customers and highlight products effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Between 2 to 4 years of sales experience in furniture, interiors, home décor, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing sales successfully.
- Presentable appearance and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven sales environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with experience in furniture showrooms, interior products, home décor, furnishings, carpets, or retail sales will be given preference.
