Sales Representative – Basic Salary + Commission

MARS BPO, located in Saddar, Karachi, is seeking motivated individuals for a full-time, on-site sales position. The role involves engaging with international customers primarily in English, providing detailed information about products and services, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. Candidates will be responsible for following up with potential clients to close sales and consistently meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. This position operates on a night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM and offers a competitive compensation package that includes a basic salary, commission, and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers using strong English language skills.
- Explain products and services clearly while addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers to successfully close sales.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English is essential for effective communication.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence and a results-driven, target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work the designated night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Previous experience in call centers or sales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
