Sales Representative – Night Shift

DIGITS Technology is looking for a confident and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing sales team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and relevant sales experience, enabling them to engage potential customers effectively, understand their needs, and convert leads into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers using calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
- Generate new sales leads and identify promising business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Deliver presentations and coordinate product or service demonstrations when necessary.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers to nurture leads.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Telesales, or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong conversational ability.
- Confident, persuasive, and professional demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, with night shift hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The salary range for this role is Rs40,000 to Rs50,000 per month.
