Sales Representative and Educational Counselor

MH Educational Consultants is urgently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Educational Counselor to join our team in Gujranwala. This full-time, in-person role is based near Ferozwala Bridge, Canal Road. The successful candidate will focus on sales, lead conversion, and closing student enrollments for international study programs across destinations such as the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, South Korea, Cyprus, and the EU. Both ambitious fresh graduates and experienced professionals with a strong drive to achieve targets are encouraged to apply. Compensation ranges from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month, depending on experience, with additional lucrative performance commissions. Immediate joining is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Sales & Conversions: Actively convert incoming prospective leads into confirmed student enrollments, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- Counsel & Sell: Provide expert guidance to students on overseas study options while effectively promoting the consultancy’s services.
- Manage Applications & Visas: Oversee the entire application process, including university selection, admissions, documentation, and visa filing.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily records of the sales pipeline and report on performance metrics, conversion rates, and lead progress to the Admissions Manager.

Required Qualifications

- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3+ years of relevant experience in sales or educational counseling.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication abilities, a strong target-driven mindset, proven closing skills, and proficiency in MS Office and online portals.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with study destinations including the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Cyprus, and the EU is highly desirable.
