Sales Representative Executive

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative Executive to join our team based in Johar Town, Lahore, working night shifts. This full-time position involves making outbound calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers and explain the benefits of cash offers. The role requires working Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays, from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time. The salary ranges from PKR 60,000 to 80,000 depending on experience, along with commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers.
- Clearly communicate the advantages of receiving cash offers for their properties.
- Collect and document detailed information about property condition, seller motivation, and timelines.
- Handle inquiries and objections confidently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems with all relevant interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies and meet campaign goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear accent, suitable for phone conversations with clients.
- Confidence and professionalism in client interactions.
- Ability to work during EST hours, specifically from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time.
- Minimum of one year experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to commute or relocate to Lahore before starting work.
- Commitment to working night shifts is mandatory.
