Resource Linked is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Salesman to join its retail team at Amazon Mall, DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. This full-time position requires working six days a week in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the store’s presentation to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide accurate and detailed information about products.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and foster brand loyalty.
- Meet individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Efficiently operate POS systems to handle purchases, returns, exchanges, and other transactions accurately.
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and reporting stock shortages or discrepancies.
- Keep the store environment clean, organized, safe, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and management to implement sales strategies, promotions, and special offers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to provide relevant advice and improve service quality.
- Follow company policies, procedures, ethical standards, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Adapt to changing priorities and maintain enthusiasm, efficiency, and professionalism in a dynamic retail setting.

Required Qualifications
- Education: BA, BSc, BCom, FA, FSC, BBA, or Associate Degree in relevant fields.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales.
- Strong sales techniques and ability to meet targets.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with inventory management.
- Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Solid product knowledge relevant to the retail environment.

This role is based on-site at the Amazon Mall location and requires a hands-on approach to retail sales and customer engagement.
