Sales Representative

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative position with a reputable authorized electric scooter dealership based in Karachi. The role focuses on engaging with customers directly at the showroom, understanding their needs, and providing detailed product demonstrations. The Sales Representative will be responsible for preparing quotations, following up on leads, offering guidance over the phone, coordinating orders, and consistently working towards achieving set sales targets. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in sales who possess strong communication and negotiation skills, along with basic computer knowledge. Fluency in both English and Urdu is essential to effectively interact with a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct showroom sales by actively engaging with customers and assessing their requirements.
- Provide clear and informative product demonstrations to showcase electric scooter features and benefits.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations tailored to customer needs.
- Follow up on sales leads promptly to maximize conversion rates.
- Offer guidance and support to customers over the phone regarding product inquiries and purchase processes.
- Coordinate orders efficiently with the dealership and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.

Required Qualifications

- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in sales.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in both English and Urdu.
- Strong negotiation skills to close sales and handle objections.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with sales and customer management software.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Karachi with a flexible and customer-focused approach.
