Sales Representative

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into successful sales, and directly contributing to the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities
- Handle customer queries by providing accurate and timely information
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the company’s system

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Intermediate / A-Level education
- At least one year of experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred
- Strong spoken English communication skills
- Demonstrated sales and persuasive abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
