Sales Representative

ALK International Co., Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Karachi, Pakistan, with a hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales of vehicles and heavy machinery in international markets.
- Engage confidently and professionally with international clients through calls and other communication channels.
- Handle the export process for used vehicles and heavy machinery, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets by leveraging industry knowledge and client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate shipments and resolve any client issues promptly.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in international automotive trade, specifically in used vehicle and heavy machinery exports.
- Demonstrated ability to manage international client communications with confidence and professionalism.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with global clients.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to PKR 90,000.
- Commission structure includes PKR 20,000 per vehicle or machinery sold, plus 35% to 40% commission on additional profit generated.
- Performance-based incentives to reward high achievers.
- Flexible shift options to accommodate different working preferences:
- Morning Shift: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
- Night Shift: 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM
