Sales Representative

IMC Certifications is seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Representative to join their team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site position requires working Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The successful candidate will engage with prospective customers, generate enrollments, and drive sales by effectively communicating the value of certification programs and following up on leads to meet monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate certification programs.
- Follow up consistently with leads to convert prospects into confirmed enrollments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and enrollment goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and customers within the CRM system.
- Address customer queries and objections professionally to ensure a positive experience.

Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Target-oriented mindset with proven follow-up and closing abilities.
- Comfortable using calls, WhatsApp, and CRM software for daily operations.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in EdTech, education sales, BPO, or telesales is highly desirable.
