Sales Representative

We are seeking a fluent English speaker to join our Business Development team, working night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM, Monday through Friday. The role is based in Gulshan Block 11 and offers a competitive salary package of PKR 45,000 to 50,000 basic plus commission. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to doctors and clinics in the USA to promote our medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) services. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage potential clients effectively and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to doctors and clinics across the USA to introduce company services.
- Send professional emails to potential clients, explaining the benefits of medical billing and RCM services.
- Identify and qualify interested doctors and clinic managers through effective communication.
- Follow up with leads via calls and emails to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Schedule meetings with interested clients to discuss services in detail.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, emails, and client responses for reporting and analysis.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets related to calling, emailing, and lead generation activities.
- Continuously research and identify new doctors and clinics to expand the client base.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with all potential clients to uphold the company’s reputation.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication with international clients.
- Strong interpersonal and telecommunication skills to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Ability to work night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM, Monday to Friday.
- Experience or understanding of medical billing and revenue cycle management services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and managing follow-ups systematically.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed set targets consistently.
