The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales of advertising services, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across diverse industries. This position requires a proactive approach to meeting sales targets while collaborating closely with the marketing team to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through comprehensive market research, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively showcase advertising solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create customized proposals and sales pitches aligned with client goals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and managing the sales pipeline.
- Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales performance data.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and advertising innovations to position company offerings effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and during post-sale follow-up.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience, ideally within advertising, marketing, or media sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising concepts, including familiarity with online platforms and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
