We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic female candidates to join the marketing and sales team at Valancia Town Lahore. Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up on leads generated through online marketing channels via phone or email to nurture prospects and drive sales conversions.
- Utilize essential sales techniques to build rapport with clients and successfully close deals.
Required Qualifications:
- At least six months of sales experience, preferably in real estate or selling high-end construction-related products.
- Solid understanding of basic sales principles and the ability to apply them effectively in practical situations.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Urdu and Punjabi, with adequate proficiency in English.
- This position is exclusively open to female candidates.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- A minimum of one year of experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Full-time, permanent, and onsite employment at Valancia Town Lahore.
- Competitive salary package ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000 per month, along with commission incentives.
