We are looking for a confident and motivated female Sales Representative to join our team at Global Heights, located in Johar Town, Lahore. This is a full-time position requiring availability for the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business clients. Immediate joining is expected. The role offers a competitive salary along with incentives and performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage B2B sales by effectively engaging and communicating with potential business clients.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Maintain professional and ongoing relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Follow up on leads promptly and convert them into loyal clients.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidates only.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Punjabi, and Urdu.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Confident and professional demeanor suitable for a sales environment.
- Ability to work the night shift and join immediately.
